This Road bicycle tour crosses the National Park of Arrábida Hills. It starts at Cape Espichel, a place of ancient pilgrimages to the sanctuary and where you can admire a beautiful view over the cliffs with a lighthouse.

The overall difficulty level of this tour is 3, Intermediate (level 3.0 between 1~5, precisely). It is recommended for “bikers” and “cyclists”. It is supposed that you are in good shape.

During this road bike tour we have a stop to visit a winery. We will learn a little bit about Portugal and our way of producing wine. Visiting to the winery and wine tasting is only included in the guided bike tours.

The bicycle tour continues climbing the hills of the Natural Park. Beautiful sea sceneries appear! Amazing views of deep blue sea spread as far as the horizon. The quietness of this place conveys an enormous tranquility that leads us to meditation.

The bicycle tour ends with riding down Arrábida hills and the beautiful way along the coast to Setúbal town.
